We started onboarding a few of our first beta users. The goal here is to get feedback and develop a useful product roadmap.

I was nursing the idea for a long time. An opportunity cane to work with a dev team that seemed like they could handle it. They failed. Switched teams about 2 months in and was pissed as hell. Win some you lose some.
