Kyo
Agency Management all in one place.
We've been running a digital agency for a few years. At peak chaos, we were juggling Notion for docs, ClickUp for tasks, Airtable for deals, a spreadsheet for the team, and Slack threads for everything else.
Nothing talked to each other. Context-switching was constant. And every time we onboarded a new client or hired someone, we'd spend days just getting them across five different tools.
So we started building Kyo, not because we thought we could out-feature the big players, but because we just needed one place that worked the way we actually worked.
What Kyo does:
- Project & task management (with kanban, sub-projects, assignees, due dates)
- A lightweight CRM for deals and contacts
- Team management — roles, contracts, leave tracking, efficiency metrics
- OKR dashboard — objectives, key results, linked tasks
- A canvas that surfaces your Google Drive, Docs, and Miro boards in one place
- Automations that trigger across all of it
- Zapier integration for everything else
Where we are:
Early. We have a small number of workspaces live, including our own agency using it daily. That's both the validation and the pressure, we're dogfooding hard.
What's next:
Tightening the core, getting more workspaces on it, and seeing what breaks when people we don't know start using it.
If you're running a small agency or team and feel the same tool sprawl we did, give it a shot. We'd genuinely love the feedback.
Happy to answer anything.
About
We ran an agency, context switching between tools; CRM, project management, finances killed our focus and slowed progress. So we built Kyo, the tool we wished existed.
