LAJA Yoga - Business Yoga Platform
LAJA Yoga is the first business yoga platform in Germany.
Hey Indie Hackers,
Over the past years we've been working with 50+ companies in Germany and Austria on Business Yoga sessions and workshops; including banks and ministries and big international companies.
Now I am supporting my sister's yoga passion project in turning that experience into a digital Business Yoga platform for teams in the German market (for now):
The core problem we’re trying to solve is pretty clear:
Stress related sick days are rising, focus drops hard in the afternoon, and most corporate wellness initiatives are either too complex, too fluffy, or simply unused after the first weeks.
What we’re building
A digital Business Yoga membership designed specifically for the workday.
Short, practical sessions (10 to 20 minutes)
No mats, no changing clothes
Can be done directly at the desk or in the office
Built for people with zero yoga experience
Works for remote, hybrid and on-site teams
The focus is not “wellness vibes”, but:
Stress reduction before it becomes a problem
Better focus and posture during long workdays
Sustainable energy instead of afternoon crashes
Why a digital platform
From our work with companies, three things kept coming up:
Employees don’t want extra effort
Teams are distributed
HR needs something that actually gets used
A digital format removes most of the friction:
No travel, no scheduling chaos
Scales from small teams to large organizations
Participation and usage can be tracked over time
What’s next
We’re currently opening a waitlist for early access to the Business Yoga platform and are looking for:
Companies willing to test it early
Feedback on the product and positioning
Honest input from founders and operators who’ve dealt with “unused benefits” before
