I’m building Landbitt — a structured real estate participation platform in India — and the biggest challenge isn’t tech.

It’s undoing decades of informal behavior in property investing.

In India, many real estate participation deals happen in small WhatsApp groups.
Documentation is vague.
Exit paths are unclear.
Decision-making is personality-driven.

We’re trying to introduce:

• Asset-level transparency
• Structured voting frameworks
• Clear documentation standards
• Defined participation models

The surprising part?

People resist structure.

Some investors prefer “flexibility” over governance — until something goes wrong.

Right now we’re focused less on growth and more on building process discipline. Slow onboarding. Clear documentation. Defined frameworks.

How did you shift user mindset?

Land investing has traditionally been accessible only to investors with large capital and deep legal understanding.

While working in real estate and technology, I noticed that the biggest barrier wasn’t interest — it was structure and clarity.

We started building LandBitt to explore a more transparent and structured way for individuals to participate in professionally managed land assets without the friction of direct ownership.

Still early in the journey and sharing progress publicly while learning from other founders building in regulated industries.
