I've pivoted the basic idea many times, I found that selling an Airtable directly would end up being quite difficult unless I could find high value customers, so I'm working on building a hybrid job board with Bubble.io. In order to actually sell the Airtable base, it would need to be updated all the time, and the size of the field is just too large to keep track of that without some extensive automation. My current thinking is pivoting to a biotech-specific job board. I find that job boards in biotech and pharma are quite antiquated, and newcomers to the field often find it difficult to navigate through which positions would make sense for them. It's also a really hot job market in biotech currently, so trying to find ways of connecting companies with good candidates should be a sensible approach.

There's still a lot of work to do to get the site running. I need to find a way to get biotechs onboard early, and find a way to draw good candidates the site. I have ~2k follows on Twitter, and that's just through following people and pitching them the basic idea over the past year or so, as well as some organic growth (with very little posting). So overall I think there's interest, it'll just come down to executing properly.
