Languify.ai

I launched this product 3 months ago and it's been worse than expected.

It's been a really fun project and I've enjoyed every single minute of working on this, from finding and understanding the stack to finding a good designer and brainstorming ideas, having weekly meetings, and finally, after some months of work, getting it done.

First, I've decided to create a LinkedIn page where I can post updates and coming soon announcements to get some hype. Secondly, I've also created a Product Hunt page so I can get some visibility. After the launch, I also got some ads which I think went well, i got around 1k users visiting the website.

So, why has it been so bad? Well let's look at some numbers from the last 3 months:

• 41 weekly users
• 85 installs
• 1k website visits, only 10 installs from visits
• 30 accounts created
• 0 paying users

I think most of people will just drop this project and let it die. Well, not me!
Even though it's been a harsh start I'll continue working on it. The truth is, in the past month i've been working on porting this tool to Figma!

I have no idea how many users this plugin will get, but I really hope it will help some people out there.

I'll keep working on this project and as long as you're having fun developing something, don't stop just because it gets you 0 revenue. Try learning from mistakes and always listen to feedback!
