Launch Your Podcast

We conducted a few interviews with some of our beta testers to learn what they loved about the course and what they felt needed more instruction and information.

Some lessons learned:

• More detail not less
• More downloads so people had worksheets and resources to use
• Community support - we created a private channel in the Our Galaxy Slack community for any course student

Sold and launched the Beta from our course. We managed to build a beta cohort of 16 testers eager to learn how to launch their own podcasts during the pandemic. Tons of people home all the time and not sure what's going to happen so we figured this was the perfect time.

Started to figure out our plan here. Interviewed a ton of podcasters and asked 13 founders thinking about starting one what was most intimidating and confusing. Mapped out our whole flow for the content and started figuring out our plan to build it and scale.
