Launchpad.Trade: The Operating System for Solana Tokens

January 15, 2026 We were tired of juggling 5 tools and Python scripts to launch on Solana. So we built Launchpad.Trade.

Here is the English version, tailored specifically for the Indie Hackers community.

The tone is authentic, "builder-to-builder," and focuses on the "scratch your own itch" narrative that resonates well on that platform.

Title: We were tired of juggling 5 tools and Python scripts to launch on Solana. So we built Launchpad.Trade.

Hi Indie Hackers 👋,

I wanted to share what we’ve been building for the past few months: Launchpad.Trade.

If you’ve ever touched the Solana ecosystem—whether to launch a project, trade, or build tools—you know the pain. It’s the Wild West out there.

The Problem: Tooling Fragmentation

A few months ago, whenever we wanted to launch or manage a token properly, our setup looked like a Frankenstein monster:

  1. A website to deploy the contract (usually slow).

  2. A Telegram bot to snipe/buy at launch (terrible UX for complex tasks).

  3. Custom "hacky" Node.js or Python scripts to generate and fund 50 wallets (dangerous and hard to maintain).

  4. A spreadsheet to track treasury.

It was inefficient, stressful, and prone to error. We were spending 80% of our time managing infrastructure and only 20% executing our strategy.

We realized a core piece was missing: a unified suite.

What We Built (The Solution)

Launchpad.Trade isn’t just "another trading bot." It’s a complete infrastructure layer that combines three pillars into one interface (and one API):

  1. Launch Ops: Token deployment (on Pump.fun and others), managing initial "Dev Buys," and anti-snipe security.

  2. Wallet Management: This is our "killer feature." You can generate, fund (via a built-in mixer), and manage hundreds of wallets in a few clicks. No more local scripts.

  3. Trading Terminal: An interface to execute complex strategies (Multi-buy, Bundle, Volume bots) across your entire fleet of wallets simultaneously.

For Builders: An API-First Approach 🛠️

This is the part I think this community will appreciate most. We know Indie Hackers love building their own tools.

We designed Launchpad.Trade as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS). Everything our Web App does, our API does too.

If you want to build a trading bot, a dashboard for your project, or an analytics tool, you shouldn't have to manage RPC nodes, transaction retries, or the complexity of Jito bundles.

  • You send the request.

  • We handle the on-chain execution (optimized for ~50ms latency).

  • You focus on your product logic.

Our Model

We decided to be aggressive on pricing to disrupt existing players who take massive cuts.

  • Competitors: ~5% fees or expensive monthly subscriptions ($1k+).

  • Us: ~1% fee on transactions. No subscriptions.

We are looking for feedback!

We just opened the platform and the documentation is live. We are looking for honest feedback from developers, traders, and founders.

  • Is the UX smooth?

  • Is the API documentation clear enough for you to build on?

  • What features are we missing?

You can test the app here: app.launchpad.trade And the API docs here: Documentation

Can't wait to hear your thoughts (and roasts)!

Happy building 🚀
