Startup directory
LaunchTry is an innovative platform designed for entrepreneurs, indie hackers, and developers who want to bridge the gap between an idea and a market-ready product. It serves as a specialized ecosystem for launching, testing, and scaling digital projects with a focus on community feedback and early-stage growth.
Key Features
Seamless Project Launching: Simplified tools to showcase your MVP (Minimum Viable Product) to an audience of early adopters and tech enthusiasts.
Actionable Feedback: Get direct insights from a community of fellow builders to help refine your product before a full-scale commercial release.
Exposure & Discovery: Boost your project’s visibility through curated listings, helping you find your first 100 users or potential investors.
Resource Hub: Access a library of tools and insights specifically gathered to navigate the "zero-to-one" phase of a startup.
Why Choose LaunchTry?
Unlike generic social platforms, LaunchTry is built specifically for the iterative process. It recognizes that the first version of a product is rarely the final one, providing a safe and constructive environment to "try" your launch, gather data, and pivot if necessary.
Our Mission: To democratize the startup process by providing every builder with the stage and the feedback they need to succeed.

Great to see another platform focused on helping makers get early visibility. One thing founders often miss with these channels is that listing a product alone isn’t enough — the way your headline and first few lines explain value determines whether visitors convert to real users.
For example, clear positioning that answers “who this is for” and “what outcome it delivers” in the first sentence can dramatically increase engagement on these listings. Most makers don’t realize how much conversion lifts from better messaging alone.
I do async funnel clarity audits for early‑stage SaaS founders — I highlight where visitors get confused and what language actually resonates with your target audience — all in detailed written feedback for $150, no calls required. If fellow makers want a fresh look at their listing or landing page, I’m happy to share a few quick insights.
Thanks for building another space for discovery — platforms like this are great for helping products find their first users.
I really love the concept behind LaunchTry!
However, I felt a little lost when I first landed on the dashboard especially if few projects have the same category and sub category.
Have you considered displaying the value proposition directly within the list view items? I think seeing that context immediately would make browsing projects much easier
