Hey IH,
I'm an Indian Law student which means I'm learning exactly the laws these contracts fall under — Indian Contract Act, employment law, IP law — while building this simultaneously
Problem I'm solving: Millions of Indians sign employment agreements, internship contracts, and NDAs every year without understanding a single clause. Hiring a lawyer for every document costs ₹5,000 minimum. Most people just sign and hope for the best.
What I built: Lawman AI — you upload a contract, get back a plain English risk report within 24 hours flagging risky clauses, missing protections, unfair terms, and questions to ask before signing. ₹299 per review.
Current stage: Zero paying customers. Just finished building the workflow and sample report. Doing everything manually right now — no fancy tech, no website, just AI plus my legal education plus a Google Form.
Three specific things I want feedback on:
1. Is the sample report output clear enough for someone with zero legal knowledge?
2. Would you pay ₹299 for this — or is that too high, too low, or just wrong pricing entirely?
3. What's the one thing missing that would make you actually use this?
