Building a Free Form Builder with Unlimited Submissions
I recently launched LeadFormHub, a free online form builder with unlimited submissions designed for small businesses and startups.
While working with small businesses, I noticed many form tools restrict submissions or push upgrades quickly. I wanted to build something simpler — a clean tool that allows unlimited form creation and lead collection without unnecessary complexity.
Right now, I’m focusing on improving SEO, onboarding, and user activation. Excited to share the journey and learn from the Indie Hackers community.

From a security and data perspective, a few questions:
• Since you allow unlimited submissions, how are you protecting forms against spam, bots, and abuse? CAPTCHA, rate limiting, IP throttling?
• Are you encrypting stored lead data at rest, especially if forms collect personal or sensitive information?
• Do you provide form owners with data retention controls or export + delete options for compliance?
Form builders quickly become custodians of sensitive customer data. Making your security and privacy model visible could become a strong trust advantage.
