December 11, 2023 Why everything takes so long:

Today, I want to share a reminder and some motivation.

Facing constant challenges, breakdowns, and issues is the norm. I learned this lesson months ago with my first business, yet I sometimes forget that problem-solving is a daily occurrence.

But that's our game, isn't it? Entrepreneur, software engineer, or CEO, problem-solving is at the core of what we do. It's not always fun, but it's our profession. Every problem tackled is a step closer to our goals.

So, even though problems can be annoying and unavoidable, they might just be the path leading you to your ultimate objectives! Keep pushing forward. 💪

November 24, 2023 Why I do maketing before finishing my SaaS

Hey there,

I'm Julian, the mind behind Leadify, and I wanted to share why I'm diving into marketing even before finishing the product:

  1. Time Efficiency:
Marketing is a journey that demands refinement. Getting those initial customers can be a lengthy process. By thinking about marketing early on, I'm looking to bridge the gap between launching Leadify and securing those first customers swiftly.

  2. Validation and Optimization:
Going public with your project opens up opportunities to validate the project's appeal. It's a chance to discover if the idea resonates with people and to understand the real challenges potential customers are facing. This valuable feedback guides optimization efforts for the software.

  3. Cost Savings:
More time dedicated to planning marketing means I can explore organic strategies, which often require a longer runway. It's an opportunity for trial and error, allowing for more effective strategies to emerge.

So, the key takeaway: Kickstart your marketing plan now because, no matter how fantastic your project is, it won't make an impact if people don't know about it!

October 28, 2023 How to come up with great ideas

My journey started much like anyone else's, with the spark of a great idea for a SaaS.

"But hey, that's easier said than done!" some might argue, and they'd be right. In a landscape saturated with software and new technology, pinpointing an area still in need of optimization can be a daunting task.

This is where dogfooding takes center stage. The strategy is not to scour the entire internet or the world, but to introspect. "What are the problems I face?" "Do others share the same struggles?"

The most impactful ideas often originate from individuals attempting to solve their own challenges. And with a bit of luck, it turns out to be a problem many others are facing too!

So, take a moment, reflect on your own experiences, and best of luck in uncovering that gem of an idea!
