Frictionless Knowledge Base
Today is the last day of our sprint about the branding of learnd.
We decided to bet heavily on our UI/UX, for us a good UX is the key of success for a SAAS company.
The last step to finish our branding is to choose which logo we are gonna using (We made a post about this subject).
Next Monday we will ship our brand new landing page and the first version of learnd !
Stay tuned !
This is the first commit of a long series that will arrive in the week, our goal is to release privately a first version of the application within a week.
For the moment our technical stack is:
- ReactJs (user panel)
- PreactJS (knowledge base + widget)
- Firebase (auth)
- FireStore (database)
- Nodejs (backend)
The princpal problem at the moment is how to provide a friction less experience without explosing ours servers load.

We started thinking about how to do it. How do you put a price tag on it? The design? We wanted a different experience than a traditional knowledge center, a more fluid experience. The main problem with the traditional knowledge center is that you have to leave your app to navigate it and it's hard to find the right article.
