Leasary

Being tired of the status quo is a powerful motivator! This is the day I decided to go full into this project. After conferring with friends for several months we figured out a great name: Leasary!

It's warm, friendly, and fuzzy. Easy to remember, and has something to do with renting (lease, get it?).

On this day Leasary.com was born.

Most ideas don't make it this far, but for some reason the idea of a rental management solution stuck! This first iteration was a mobile app prototype that proved out some of the ideas I wanted to tackle.

This is the day the idea of a rental management solution started incubating. The objective and work were not yet clear, but the idea was simple:

Airbnb for renting, reliable tenants paired with great landlords. App promises landlords and tenants what they want, and uses algorithms to determine if they're reputable or not. A renting marketplace end to end.
