Still have no paying customers, but managed to create scrapers to add properties to my database daily.
Now up to 1200 properties are updated, inserted, and removed daily from my DB every single day. Many more to come...

At least I'm enjoying receiving daily in my inbox potential rentals for my wife and me :) (also, visited two properties last week that came to my inbox, so, there's that... do I count as a customer? hahaha)

But, I'm having a little hard time selling the idea to real estate agents, but I'm confident in a new selling point: "Real Estate Intelligence";

You see, talking to potential customers, I realized that there are a few pain points that we can take care of, one of them being that they have a hard time pricing rentals.

Many times the property owner sets a price too high or too low, but the agent doesn't have any arguments to change his mind.
Also, agents tend to price properties based on similar properties, but with too few data points.
Having our database on their side they can tell what's a good price based on vacancy time, location, number of searches, and other variables.

Imagine having the ability to know how many people are already looking for that property before listing it.

This and many other problems we can solve just by having the data.

So...let's keep working. Hope to end this first quarter with paying customers!

We opened our beta testing for potential realtors in my hometown. Looking forward to talking to them and seeing what an AI powered platform can do for this market and for tenants.

I contacted 22 potential customers, and 7 already responded.

I fell in love with ChatGPT and wondered what I could create using OpenAI API in a few weeks.

Took my itch to scratch, being the difficulty of finding good rental properties and receiving them in my inbox. Come on, it's the 21st century, I shouldn't have to look for properties in a thousand poorly designed UX/UI websites.

So I created Leasy, an assistant where you can look for properties following your criteria, using natural language, and where you can receive new properties in your inbox every single day.

No more losing good deals, no more scrolling through a thousand websites.

It's easier for tenants, and easier for realtors to have hot leads receiving their properties directly to their inboxes.

It's a win-win!
