Finally decided to share LTJ on Product Hunt 😺
I started this jobboard about a year ago as a side-project while I was looking for a new gig myself (which I landed 🧢). With the v2 up and running successfully for a few months now, it was about time to share it with a bigger audience!

I have been keeping up with writing and sending regular newsletter issues (although I should probably just plan for it!), and just crossed 200 subscribers 🥳
In case you're wondering, here's some stats about the audience throughout the past year:
😞 12 people unsubscribed
📬 50,5% average open rate
👆 27.7% average click rate
After launching the new website I've consistently been having more daily visitors! Might be due to the google job listings Niceboard provides.
And engagement metrics on social media have increased too! I even tried my first ever Twitter thread (is that what it's called? 😂)
Up to 20K 🚀
Companies are now able to claim their profile, from where they can manage their own listings on legaltechjobs.com 💪
The best part?
It's completely 🆓
No more need for Lever, Recruitee or Homerun!

Tried out Google Ads with some free credit and received about 600 visitors and a few job submissions through it.
And of course launching the new website created a little spike, after which I've consistently been having more daily visitors!
Up to 10K!
After 8 months of considerable (and still growing 📈) traffic, I figured the website deserved an update 👨💻
Switching to Niceboard allowed me to offer users:
• Improved location filters 📍
• Improved search in general 🔎
• Individual job pages 🔗
• Better job posting forms 📨
• Blogs -> holla at me if you’d like to contribute 📚
Since setting up a profile back in May 2020, over 1000 people have started following Legal Tech Jobs on LinkedIn!
So I guess it's safe to say I validated there's at least a global interest in the topic of careers in legal technology and innovation.
Since setting up a profile back in August, 500 people have started following @legaltechjob !
So after a few months I finally managed to tap into the #lawtech community on twitter!
Next milestone will probably be the 1000 follower mark.

Only one month after the previous milestone, I've reached the 4000 visitor mark! 🥳
And the Twitter & LinkedIn followers keep stacking up! Keep an eye out for 500 & 1000 milestone posts!

Six months into it I finally reached the 3000 visitors milestone! 🥳
As I reached about 1000 visitors during the first month after launching, I was a bit bummed out by the drop in visitors (will connect my GA once the IH support is back up!) but obviously very happy to have reached this point!
