Hey Indie Hackers ,

We just shipped Lendgismo 2.0, a lending platform built for SMB, asset-based, and MCA lenders who are tired of duct-taping tools together.

Most lenders we talked to were juggling:

  • Origination + borrower management

  • Underwriting data (bank, accounting, cash flow)

  • Follow-ups, emails, SMS, and reminders

All across different systems.

Lendgismo brings this into one platform:

  • Loan origination & borrower management

  • Portfolio analytics & risk insights

  • Built-in Marketing Hub (contacts, segments, campaigns)

  • Tenant-owned data + integrations (Plaid, Stripe, Twilio, SendGrid, QuickBooks, Zapier, DataMerch)

We focused hard on:

  • Clean, modern UI

  • End-to-end workflows (not just dashboards)

  • Making it something a lender’s dev team can own and extend

Would love feedback from anyone building vertical SaaS, fintech tools, or selling into regulated industries.

Congrats on the launch, curious which metrics are giving you the most surprises?

What metrics are you referring to?

      1. 1

That's a good question! I was primarily considering early signals rather than vanity metrics. I'm referring to indicators such as:

        - The actions users complete versus where they drop off

        - The time it takes for users to reach their first “aha” moment

        - Whether users return after their initial use

        - And especially, any recurring feedback or objections

At this stage, I've found that these qualitative signals tend to be more surprising and actionable than just looking at raw traffic or signup numbers.

I'm curious, have you noticed anything unexpected so far, or is it still too early to tell?
