The rundown
LetSavvy started as a side project after seeing how many small landlords were either paying a fortune for enterprise software or managing everything across messy spreadsheets. Built it to be simple, affordable and actually useful for someone managing a handful of properties rather than a large portfolio. Currently in beta and completely free.
