Life in Silicon Valley iMessage Stickers
Stickers about living and working in Silicon Valley.
Oh man, what a crazy week! Apple just featured us at the VERY LITERAL TOP of the iMessage App Store. You can see it for yourself by going to any iMessage thread and tapping the App Store Icon in the bottom bar. We replaced the Lion King at the very top, and we're also the app directly right under in the Stickers We Love section. It feels great to see the hard work paying off!

It’s just been a few days but it looks like Apple just featured Life in Silicon Valley at the top of the iMessage Store. They even placed me above The Lion King and Dora The Explorer— only a big promotional card is above me. Really cool!

We launched on ProductHunt today and got nearly 100 upvotes. Not huge, which is understandable– but also not bad! Pretty proud of it regardless because I didn't tell any friends that I had posted it or anything like that.

I’ve been getting tons of feature requests for WhatsApp and Line, so in between freelancing and my other projects I found time to add support for both of these platforms to the host app. You can now go to the About page to import stickers to WhatsApp and find them in the Line sticker store.

Life in Silicon Valley went live today. We’ve gotten a decent amount of traction on Twitter— it looks like a bunch of prominent people in Silicon Valley and venture capitalists are using it too which is extremely cool. I also heard through the grape-vine that a bunch of folks are sharing it at Facebook on the internal forums. We actually peaked in the Top 10 for all Paid iMessage Stickers and 15th in ALL of iOS entertainment! Really exciting.

It’s been a busy last few weeks but our final art is complete for the sticker packs. Over the weekend I’ve been building out the host app, iMessage extension, and designing the marketing and brand materials to ship with. It’s all finally done now. And we’ve just submitted to the App Store! Fingers crossed that approvals go smoothly.
