August 31, 2019 Roadmap update #7

In this update I'm adding Kanban boards, gave the UI a facelift and made project deadlines optional.

  1. Kanban boards were long requested feature as being so simple to use and the best at giving you a general overview of the state of your projects. You can now access them in Projects' todo lists.

  2. UI facelift
Made the navbar minimalist and updated the colors on the background. It's important for me to have welcoming colors so I finally decided on this beige-brown faded color. I'm missing the dark theme so that is schedule for the next few weeks.

  3. Optional project deadlines
A lot of projects have no deadlines in sight. Especially when starting something new and exciting we've never done before. So I made project deadlines optional.

May 23, 2019 Released Week Planner

Planning takes a lot of willpower, so do it once per week.

Today I launched the LifeHQ Week Planner.
It lets you plan the important tasks for the whole week in advance.

Did you notice how I said plan the "important" tasks for the week. No one can predict everything that has to get done in a week. There are urgent and optional tasks that will come up every day.

But the important tasks, the ones that move the needle in your business, side-project or life in general, we all know what does are, that's what the Week planner is for.

Nice. Who do you think this would be perfect for?

    1. 1

This is for everyone that has multiple things going on. Especially solopreneurs, freelancers. People running a side-projects but also working on projects that pay the bills.
It is easy to fall off track with your side project, especially when you have just a few hours per day to work on it.
During the work week, when everything is going on, it is much easier to have a clear path for what must get done that day. You don't have time to decide and compare the priority of tasks etc, you trust that you have planned correctly and during the work week you just execute.
      The next weekend re-evaluate again.

April 20, 2019 Official Launch

LifeHQ is officially launched and open for business. The first dozen users get free consultations with me on Productivity, Organization and Working like a ninja in a world full of distractions.
