I'm selling Lightprint OS — a browser-based operating system that runs without servers, installations, and native privileges. It's a completely self-contained, secure environment with biometrics, a virtual file system, a window system, an application manager, and unique communication protocols.

What is it?
Lightprint OS is a monolithic PWA OS that runs in any modern browser, including smartphones. It is built on a microkernel architecture and includes:

Virtual File System (VFS)
Camera, gyroscope, battery, and vibration drivers
WebGPU support (if device supports)
🔹 Neural offline biometrics
TensorFlow.js + MobileNet v2
Verification via embedding and cosine similarity + DTW
All data is securely stored in IndexedDB
🔹 SBTA — Solar-Based Temporal Authentication
A unique key is generated taking into account: sun angle, GPS, camera noise, and device orientation
Completely impossible to forge remotely
🔹 VLA — Visible Light Authentication
Data transmission via light (screen/flash)
Manchester encoding, 50 ms per bit
🔹 Virtual file system and package manager
Application installation (.lpk)
Sandbox for secure code execution
Package export and full-fledged process management
🔹 Single-file architecture
The OS launches like a regular web page, but in fact, it is a full-fledged environment.

Lightprint OS started as a challenge: how far can a browser be pushed before it becomes a operating system?
Working alone, I began experimenting with microkernel concepts, offline biometrics, and serverless security models using only the technologies available directly in the browser.
What began as a small prototype quickly grew into a complete environment with its own virtual file system, a process manager, a biometric engine, and experimental visible-light communication. Over time it evolved into a single-file, self-contained PWA capable of running consistently on mobile devices and desktops without installation or native privileges.
The project was noticed on X by @BrendanEich, @jason_mayes which encouraged me to take it further and turn it into a polished research system rather than just a technical experiment.
Lightprint OS is the result of hundreds of hours of work, iterative redesigns, and exploration of ideas that normally don’t belong to the browser world. It remains an experimental platform, but it demonstrates what is possible when you treat the web as a operating environment instead of a site renderer.
