First commit
Some would say you shouldn’t start building a web app with the marketing site. Others would say you shouldn’t start a sentence with “but”. But starting with marketing let me define a vision for the product.
Today I started building the marketing website for Linkbar and I made my first commit.

The idea for Linkbar is born
Linkbar solves a problem one of my clients has come across: when you want to create lots of short URLs (more than about 100 a day) it gets very expensive with the popular services like Bitly or TinyUrl.
Linkbar is the link shortening API when you need to create a lot of short URLs (like sending a unique link to each user).
