Lira Edu
Customer Success Gamification
Offering a 3 months pilot on our basic plan proved to be a really good strategy to bring more clients. My product is complex and something very new to the market so most of my potential clients are too afraid to commit long term with my solution. But with the perspective of using it for 3 months with a small number of people paying for just a basic plan helps build trust and increase the willing to give it a try.
After 1 year developing Lira Edu and 10 months since it was officially launched on the market, today I was able to secure my 5th client . Most of my clients came to me by referral and this is the first time one client came to me 100% organically after finding Lira on Google. My efforts on SEO are finally starting to pay off.

He will use Lira Edu as a way to onboard the users in his agricultural SaaS. His users work in farms and need to understand the features of the software and functionalities in order to put cadle data in it.

I have cold-emailed some people from a facilities company in Brazil offering a pilot. They responded and asked for a meeting. We have made a zoom call and I have presented Lira Edu. They liked it and agreed to try it for 3 months for training a group of 100 people.

I've made a partnership with another company who provides corporate training services so they use my application as part of their in-company training program to scale the knowledge access and increase the results with gamification. They have closed their first client which will use Lira Edu in the program, which will take 6 months.

I basically sent messages to everyone I know saying I was searching for a sales co-founder for Lira Edu. Explained the profile I was looking for. There were two people I liked and I had to choose one. We negotiated for two months and found a good deal for both of us.

A company interested in my app agreed to perform a paid 1 month pilot to see how it works. They will use it to train 80 employees and will measure the engagement of them and also the results of the training. If everything works fine, they can agree to a 6 month contract.

After running a two-months paid pilot my client agreed with a one year contract. We had really good results of user engagement and knowledge retention. In this two-month pilot 80 employees have used Lira Edu to perform a training based on video and power point material which didn't had the expected results before. With my new training methodology the users have learned the topics and engaged very well in the training. It was better than expected.
