List.
Calm productivity app built around the Ivy Lee method
I've been building List. nights and weekends while working full time. It's a task app built around the Ivy Lee method — six slots, pick your most important tasks in order, and a Focus mode that goes full screen with a timer that just counts up. No gamification, no streaks, no Pomodoro pressure.
The stack is Next.js , Supabase, Stripe, and Vercel. Built the whole thing myself with no prior web dev background with the help of Claude.
Where I'm at:
Live for about a month at https://listdot.app
75 visitors, 147 page views
0 paying subscribers (free plan is working, paid isn't converting yet)
Active on X @listdotapp, just getting started on Reddit and here
What I think the problem is: Mostly just traffic volume. 75 visitors isn't enough to draw real conclusions about conversion. But I'm open to being wrong about that.
What I'm asking:
Does the landing page make the value clear?
Is the free plan too generous (1 list, 20 tasks)?
Any channels that worked for you at this stage?
