Got the idea to revisit integrating livestreams directly on your own website.
The initial implementation (2012) had been embedding a google hangout (precursor to youtube livestream) on a web page with chat.
The idea would be to leverage web sockets for instant communication (the earlier version used ajax POST) and instead of a non-interactive <form>, to send individual <form> elements while the live was in session, and collect the results in the back-end marketing engine.

About
I've worked in marketing for 12 years. I love the intersection of technology and persuasion (i.e. sales). This is the ultimate eat-your-own-dog-food product, as I do livestreams and marketing using livestreaming.
