Hey IH,

Honest situation, looking for advice or the

right person.

---

WHAT I BUILT

I'm Mekki, based in Algeria. I built Livlus —

a full B2B e-invoicing SaaS for the French

market.

France is making e-invoicing mandatory for all

businesses by September 2026. Livlus is already

compliant with everything that requires:

→ Factur-X (EN 16931)

→ Chorus Pro

→ Peppol BIS 3.0

→ FEC export

→ Stripe billing built in

→ Full dashboard, auth, invoicing workflow

Stack: React 19, TanStack Start, Supabase,

Cloudflare Workers.

Tested by French certified accountants.

Their feedback: compliance is solid, works

as expected.

---

THE PROBLEM

To operate as a certified e-invoicing platform

in France (PDP — Plateforme de Dématérialisation

Partenaire) you need a French legal entity.

I'm Algerian. I don't have one. I can't get

the certification myself.

I also need to move capital into another

venture right now.

So I'm selling the full product to a French

founder or studio who can:

- Register as a PDP with the DGFiP

- Take the product to market

- Capture a legally mandated customer base

The technical work is done. The market is

guaranteed by French law. The deadline is

in 67 days.

---

WHY THIS IS INTERESTING FOR A FRENCH BUYER

Building Factur-X compliance from scratch

is 3-4 months of specialized work minimum.

That's before you even think about Chorus Pro

integration, Peppol, and FEC.

A French founder who acquires this walks

in with the full product ready, validated

by accountants, and 67 days to acquire

their first customers before the mandatory

deadline forces everyone to move.

The TAM isn't speculative. French law

created it.

---

WHAT'S INCLUDED

→ Full SaaS product (production-ready)

→ Source code + GitHub repo

livlus.com domain

→ Brand, logo, identity

→ Full documentation

→ Deployment configuration

→ Go-to-market materials

---

ASKING PRICE

€8,000 — open to discussion for

the right buyer who can move fast.

MY QUESTION TO IH

Do any of you know French founders, French

dev studios, or French B2B SaaS operators

who are actively looking for acquisitions

in this space?

I've tried direct LinkedIn outreach but

I'm an outsider to the French tech scene

and my network there is thin.

A warm intro would honestly mean more

than any marketplace listing right now.

The interesting part here isn't the technology—it's the timing. Regulatory markets create a very different kind of opportunity because adoption isn't driven by persuasion alone. You've already reduced a huge amount of technical risk for whoever acquires it. At this point, the challenge feels much more like finding the right operator than proving the product itself.

this is actually the point and u got it thank you so much

        Glad it resonated.

I have a couple of thoughts on the strategic implications of that shift—from proving the product to identifying the right operator—but they're better explained over email than in a thread.

If you're interested, what's the best email to reach you on?

September 1, 2026: all French companies must be able to RECEIVE Factur-X invoices. Large companies must already EMIT them.
