LocalHQ
Ai-Driven Local SEO Tool
Hi everyone! I’m excited to share something I’ve been quietly working on for a while — LocalHQ, an AI-driven tool designed to make managing Google Business Profiles far easier for businesses, agencies, and anyone dealing with multiple locations.
After years working in SEO, I kept seeing the same problems: outdated profiles, missed updates, inconsistent info across locations, and way too much manual effort just to stay visible in local search. LocalHQ grew from the idea that all of this should be simpler, faster, and far more automated.
What LocalHQ does today:
• Centralised profile management
Update details, hours, categories, services, and descriptions across multiple locations instantly from one clean dashboard.
• AI-powered optimisation suggestions
LocalHQ analyses your profiles and highlights opportunities to improve rankings, fix inconsistencies, and strengthen local visibility — without you needing to hunt through data.
• Automated Google Posts
Create AI-generated Google Posts tailored to each location, keep profiles active, and maintain consistent visibility with minimal effort.
• Smart review monitoring & responses
The platform tracks reviews and can draft personalised, tone-appropriate replies to help you stay engaged and protect your brand reputation.
• Performance insights & daily tracking
See changes in search visibility, keyword performance, customer actions, and competitor shifts — all in one place, without digging through multiple tools.
• Multi-location & agency mode
Switch between locations, manage client accounts, assign roles, and keep everything organised when managing large portfolios.
• Automated issue detection
If something breaks — wrong hours, missing info, dropped rankings — LocalHQ flags it before it becomes a problem.
This project is still evolving, but the goal is clear:
help businesses stay visible locally without drowning in admin or needing deep SEO expertise.
I’d love feedback from the Indie Hackers community:
What features matter most to you?
What should I prioritise next?
Would AI-driven audits or content suggestions be useful?
I’m here to learn, share the journey, and build something genuinely helpful — so all thoughts welcome!
About
If LocalHQ can save businesses time, improve their visibility, and make local SEO more accessible to everyone, then it’s absolutely worth building — and that’s what motivates me to keep pushing it forward every day.

Hey 👋
Saw your project — looks interesting.
Quick question: are you open to collaborations or partnerships?
I have a SaaS product that could be a great fit to promote (commission-based).
Let me know 👍
This really resonates. Local SEO is one of those areas where the pain is obvious only if you’ve lived it and it shows you have. Outdated profiles, inconsistent info, and manual busywork are such silent growth killers for local businesses.
I like how clearly the problem is framed here: not “more SEO data,” but less admin and more reliability. The automated issue detection and AI-assisted posts/review responses especially feel like huge time savers for agencies and multi-location teams.
Also appreciate the way you’re approaching this grounded in real experience, shipping something practical, and openly asking for feedback instead of pretending everything is “done.” That mindset usually leads to the strongest products.
I’m on a similar path myself just shared PaperDock Pro on Indie Hackers, focused on helping founders and small teams structure ideas and move faster from concept to execution so it’s genuinely motivating to see people solving real, unglamorous problems this well.
Wishing you solid early adopters and honest feedback. Curious to see how LocalHQ evolves 🚀
