I’m building LocalSite, an AI operating system for local businesses.
The reason I’m working on this is pretty simple: I’ve seen too many great tradespeople and local operators get held back by the business side of the business — websites, marketing, follow-up, scheduling, estimates, payments, and customer communication.
A lot of these owners are incredible at their craft, but they’re forced to become part-time marketers, web designers, sales reps, admins, and operations managers just to keep things moving.

You’re tackling a broad set of problems that local operators usually experience as separate headaches. Curious how LocalSite has progressed since June — which part of the product has seen the strongest real-world adoption so far?
Your post has the line your homepage needs and does not use. "Incredible at their craft, but forced to become part-time marketers, web designers, sales reps, admins, and operations managers" is the whole company, and every tradesperson reading it will nod. "AI operating system for local growth" is the abstract version of that same idea, and it is the one on your site. Lead with the person, not the platform.
Be careful with "operating system," because it quietly promises the opposite of what these owners want. An OS is a thing you operate, and the entire pain you just described is that they have no time to operate anything, they are already drowning in seven part-time jobs. So do not sell them a new system to run, sell them the jobs taken off their plate: "You do the work. LocalSite does the business side." Done-for-you beats do-it-yourself for a plumber at 9pm every time. Frame it as firing yourself from the five roles you are bad at, not learning a platform.
And you list seven things: websites, marketing, follow-up, scheduling, estimates, payments, communication. That is believable from GoHighLevel and hard to believe from a new name. Pick the one that loses them the most money today and lead with it, because the follow-up that never happens and the estimate that goes cold are usually where the real revenue leaks. One question decides the homepage: of your current users, which single job did they stop doing by hand first? Make that the hero, and let the other six be "and it also handles."
