I just wrote a Medium article on how I found a "product-need" fit after launching our MVP. For instance, I talk about how we did problem research, solution validation and then data analysis, eventually to develop a clear value proposition which will guide all our marketing strategies moving forward.

We launched the first MVP (Lookscope V1) on the Apple App Store.
