I am a member of 20 plus slack communities which might sound overwhelming but I am able to manage through Loop.
Engaging within these communities gives me opportunities to understand the pain points of potential users and to directly speak with and onboard them.

First Subscription
We've been building for the past few years.
3 different major iterations, and 3500 beta users all in.
Based on that feedback, we went live with our current build and took in our first subscription in mid april.
We priced the product to sell and discounted to encourage initial users to sign up for annual subscriptions.
