Growing up alone was not an option, I needed a partner and a team.
After a little more than 15 years as an independent consultant for several startups in LATAM I understood that if I wanted to grow as a company I could not achieve it alone, so I decided to look for a partner with whom I felt confident and comfortable working. That's how Juan Uribe arrived and we were joined by wonderful people we had already worked with, today we are a little more than 40 people distributed in Medellin (20), Murcia Spain (3), Barcelona (2) Buenos Aires Argentina (1), Venezuela (9) work directly with us, and part of the team but hired by clients 8 people around Colombia.
