I was trying to find a new place fast, but every good listing was gone before I even saw it. One day I rushed into a deal that looked legitimate on paper — paid, signed, arrived… and no one was there. Just a fake listing and a painful lesson.

That experience made one thing obvious: in online marketplaces, speed is everything. If you’re not first, you don’t even get a chance.

So I automated the problem.

I wrote a small script that watches listings in real time and sends instant alerts to Telegram the moment something relevant appears. What started as a personal tool quickly turned into a full product.

Today, Lotify helps people:
• Flippers find undervalued items before competitors
• Real estate agents react instantly to new listings
• Car buyers catch deals before they disappear
• Everyday users save money by being faster than the market

Thousands of users later, the core idea hasn’t changed:
the first notification wins the deal.

Still early, still improving — but it’s already clear that timing beats everything else in marketplaces.
