I spent years trying to understand why people do all the right things and still feel stuck. They journal. They meditate. They go to therapy. They understand their patterns intellectually. And yet — the same relationships. The same reactions. The same loops.

I became obsessed with this question. After years of studying Jungian shadow work, ancient chakra healing, somatic practices and energy psychology — I kept finding the same answer.

The pattern isn't just in the mind. It lives in the body. The person who cannot say 'no' carries that wound in their solar plexus.

The person who needs to control everything holds it in their root. The person who feels like a victim carries it in their sacral centre.

When a shadow goes unhealed it blocks its corresponding chakra. When that chakra is blocked the shadow grows louder. It's a cycle most healing approaches never actually break — because they work on the mind OR the body. Never both.
