Welcome flow re-design
We require people to create accounts, so that we can keep them updated w.r.t. matching jobs for them, however our welcome flow (which is a required step) was only converting ~20% of our registered users.
We re-designed it from scratch to be much more engaging and managed to change that into converting ~90% of our registered users.
