Launching as a 2.0 on Product Hunt!

Jen @lunchbag

Today I'm launching the latest and greatest version of Lunch Money on Product Hunt!

Lunch Money was hunted back in August 2019 and I found out much too late, so I wasn't able to make the most of it. I'm pretty excited to be in full control this time around!

It's crazy to think about how far we've come since that initial launch. A few major features that we've launched since which are now core to Lunch Money include our developer API, our powerful rules engine, a query tool and a CSV importing tool which has been very popular with international users.

I would love your support! Check it out here! https://www.producthunt.com/posts/lunch-money-2-0

Nice! +1'ed! Was bit surprised as Lunch Money just sent out a decent size request for feedback 4 days ago. Or was that an automated email based on subscription start date ?

Hi Nick, thanks for the support! The survey isn't automated; I send it out every 2 months to all new subscribers from that time period. Curious to know why this was surprising or if there's anything we could have done better. I do recognize that there have been a lot of email from me in the last week, so I'm sorry if it felt spammy!

Ah gotcha. Yeah just like was surprised because I was like wow, gathered responses and then iterated in 2 days and launched a new version :-) . No worries on spam front. I am defensive on my inbox, and haven't felt that way at all from Lunch Money. My only comment/request for feature is about the new rules notifications in bottom left, but detailed in my feedback response. Cheers

Ah makes sense. I try to work fast but alas I'm not that fast! Thanks for sharing and submitting your survey response!
