Lurnna is live. Here's what it does and why I built it.

I've launched multiple side projects and never once looked at my analytics and known what to actually do differently. I'd open the dashboard, see some charts, think "ok cool" and close the tab.

So I built a tool that skips the dashboard entirely. You add one script tag (3.5kb, no cookies) and every morning at 6 AM you get a daily email with 3-5 specific, actionable insights about your app.

Not "your traffic went up." More like:

- "Product Hunt visitors convert at 33% vs Google at 8%. Your PH audience is a better fit."

- "TypeError on /dashboard is blocking your only active user. Fix this first."

- "Zero returning users despite new signups. You need an email sequence within 24 hours."

The MVP is fully functional: SDK, event ingestion, daily AI analysis via Claude, dashboard, and email briefing. All built in one sprint.

Now I need to validate if the insights are actually useful with real traffic. Looking for 5 indie devs with live web apps who want to try it for free.
