Luumy

Last month we were working quite hard on a lot of minor improvements. Improvements to the UI, the widget and some little stuff you will probably not notice.

Widget screen editor
This is probably the most significant change in this release! As you can see, the new redesigned "widget" edit page. On this page, you can quickly edit the question & button text / thank you text while also having a real-time preview of your new changes!

This will give you a great insight into how your widget will show like to your customers.

User-agents
Every feedback now also saves the current device/platform and browser the feedback was sent from. This gives a better view of what kind of customers provide feedback. Together with the export, this gives you the ability to do sorting based on device type on your favourite BI tool.

I came across a thread on Twitter about maximising your conversion rate on your home page.

With some small little tweaks, and some extra texts the homepages feels so different!

After deploying the latest commit on netlify we have reached to point of no return :).

After 2.5 months of developing we are already there.

v0.8!

What a rush, building something and putting it live.
Sure it's just the v0.8 version but wow! Its really becoming something!

Right now Luumy is still in a Beta phase, with closed registrations.

Friends joined a side project, but there wasn't a way for me to get info from them.

Together with a coworker, we started brainstorming and luumy was born.

After making a quick MVP and using it inside a different side project we had verified that it worked and it was ready to build!
