Got my first 15 customers!

Question for anyone: How do you know when your idea is validated?
When you get your first paying customer?
I believe I have validation but I still have some doubts that its "validated enough"

15 paying customers? If yes, I think check the churn rates, how satisfied they are etc. If you are able to build the momentum as well, then you are on right track.
