May 6, 2023 Got my first 15 customers!

I managed to get my first 15 customers and managed to talk to some of the users to get feedback.

Question for anyone: How do you know when your idea is validated?

When you get your first paying customer?

I believe I have validation but I still have some doubts that its "validated enough"

Congratulations! It's not a hobby anymore, it's a real business!

How many customers do you need to get to ramen profitability?

Just enough money to survive. No fancy ski resorts, no champagne every day, just essential needs covered by your business.

I write at Micro SaaS Ideas every week.

15 paying customers? If yes, I think check the churn rates, how satisfied they are etc. If you are able to build the momentum as well, then you are on right track.

April 27, 2023 MVP LAUNCHED: LAUNCH $300 MRR

Successfully launched my app for iOS! I plan to release the Android version soon.

this is the main landing page: https://startlevelingup.com/

I launched to an audience that I built around the market of the level-up app which is self-improvement, success, and life.

I only released one piece of content where I promoted the app so far and got about 30 signups for a free 3-day trial.

Half of them canceled so there is definitely some room for improvement but 15 are now paying customers and are currently at $300 MRR.

How do you measure the success of an MVP? How do you measure if a project is worth continuing or not?

This is something I'm trying to learn and figure out.

December 17, 2021 Came Up With Idea

I've read so many times that you should solve your own problem, and so last week I sat down to think about all the problems in my life.

It turned out that I had quite a few problems worth solving, and the most interesting one led me to the idea for LvlUp: Mens Self-Improvement Coaching App!

I noticed there were no self-improvement/habit-building platforms that are goal-oriented. Meaning that your habits are tracked based on a particular goal you want to achieve.
