Build an AI that actually knows you
The more we build with AI, the more obvious it becomes: model quality isn't the main bottleneck anymore. It’s context amnesia. We originally started building an AI creative workspace (LYKN), but watching how people actually work forced a pivot. The bigger opportunity isn't another interface, it's persistent memory.
If we rely purely on centralized, amnesic models, we lose our personal context. So we’ve been experimenting with a “digital brain” approach: a personal synthesis layer that sits between you and the general models. It wires into your existing tools, captures your ideas, and continuously evolves into an AI model uniquely tailored to you. Instead of starting from zero, the AI picks up exactly where you left off.
Curious if other builders are hitting this same wall. Is context-loss the biggest friction point in your workflow right now, or are we overthinking the memory problem?
About
Today’s AI loses context. It forgets you. We’re building your “digital brain” a persistent layer of memory, and intelligence that evolves alongside you, helping AI truly understand how you think, work, and create.
