Magnify Shopping
3x Your Google Shopping ROI in 90 Days
Hey everyone, I'm launching Magnify Shopping today and wanted to share how this started, what I built, and what I learned.
The Problem (That I Lived)
I run a Google Ads agency. We manage ~50 ecommerce clients' Shopping campaigns. For years, my team was stuck in title optimization hell:
Spend 4 hours/week per client rewriting 500+ product titles in spreadsheets
Use Feedonomics or DFW to set static rules ("Brand + Product Type")
See a 15-20% CTR bump in Month 1
Watch performance flatline in Month 2-3
Realize competitors copied our structure, search behavior changed, and we're back to square one
The real insight: Static rules don't beat Google's algorithm. You need continuous testing.
The "Aha!" Moment
18 months ago, I got frustrated and started manually A/B testing titles with 3 clients:
Week 1: Test "Gender + Size + Product" vs. "Brand + Product + Material"
Week 2: Roll winner to 30% of feed, test new variant on rest
Week 3: Roll winner to 100%, test next hypothesis
Repeat every week
Results after 6 months:
CTR: +47% (stacked wins, not one-time jump)
Impression Share: +120%
ROAS: 2.2x → 4.1x
Revenue per client: Average +$1,824/month
The key difference: I wasn't doing one optimization. I was stacking 20+ small wins that compounded.
But manual testing doesn't scale to 50 clients. So I built a tool to automate this loop.
What Magnify Does
The core idea: Treat your Google Shopping feed like a landing page. Run continuous A/B tests on titles. Let AI learn what works.
Tier 1 - Starter ($29/mo):
AI generates optimized titles
Export to Google Sheets
Upload to Google Merchant Center manually
Good for testing the concept
Tier 2 - Pro ($99/mo):
Generate 2 title variants simultaneously
Manual A/B test setup
Track performance for 30 days
You pick the winner
Tier 3 - Premium ($299/mo):
Generate 4-6 title variants at once
Direct Google Merchant Center integration
Automatic performance tracking (GMC API + GA4)
ML engine picks winners every 7 days
System auto-promotes winning variants back to your feed
Pattern recognition dashboard ("Benefit-first titles won 28% more CTR")
Keeps testing next hypothesis indefinitely
The Premium tier is where the magic happens. You set it and forget it. The tool learns YOUR audience and keeps improving.
The Numbers (Real Data)
From my agency clients:
Average CTR improvement: +40-60% (vs. static tools at +15%)
Time saved: 3-4 hours/week per client eliminated
Scale: Managing 20k+ SKUs with zero manual work
Churn: Near zero (because results speak)
Current Magnify Traction (as of Jan 2026):
Beta launched 2 months ago
12 paying customers (all agencies)
$3.2K MRR (mostly on Premium tier)
Goal: Hit $50K MRR by end of 2026
Why I Think This Wins
Solves ONE problem brilliantly - Not a bloated "feed management platform." Just title optimization done right.
Results are undeniable - 40-60% CTR lift. That's not a marketing claim. That's revenue on the table. Customers see it immediately.
Fits into existing workflows - Works with Feedonomics, DFW, whatever feed tool they use. Magnify just handles the A/B testing layer.
Hyper-specific ICP - Built for Google Ads agencies and ecommerce brands with 100-5k SKUs and $50k+/mo ad spend. They get the ROI immediately.
Network effect built-in - Each variant test teaches the AI. More data = smarter patterns. As we grow, the tool gets better for everyone.
What I Got Wrong (Learnings)
Early mistake: Thought agencies would want a "managed service" (we optimize your titles for you, $500/mo). They didn't. They want control. They want to see what the tool generated and approve it. Shifted to self-service SaaS and adoption doubled.
Pricing mistake: Started at $49/mo for Pro. Too cheap. Customers thought it was a toy. Raised to $99/mo and didn't lose anyone. The ROI is so clear that price isn't the objection.
Integration mistake: Tried to integrate every feed format (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce). Wasted 3 months. Pivoted to "Google Sheets first, GMC API second." Launched 2 months faster.
Next Moves
Build the GMC API integration (currently Sheets-based, direct API coming Q1)
Expand to other marketplaces (Amazon, eBay titles next)
Hire a sales rep (getting inbound but not maximizing)
Go after ecommerce brands directly (currently 80% agencies, want 50/50)
Why I'm Sharing This
This community taught me everything. I lurked here for 2 years before starting my agency. Every mistake I made, someone had already made it and shared the lesson. So:
If you're building in the ecommerce/SaaS space, the data-driven approach works. Show real metrics. Don't hype.
If you're thinking about building a "platform," pick ONE problem and solve it obsessively.
If you're stuck, look at what you're doing manually every week. That's your SaaS idea.
Happy to answer questions in the comments. Also taking beta testers if anyone wants to try the GMC API version before launch.

About
90% of E-Commerce stores do not optimize their titles when running Pmax or Shopping campaigns. That means burning cash. We solve that by optimizing and A/B testing each product title individually, and constantly.

Congrats on the launch, looks solid. How are you currently thinking about acquiring early users and gathering feedback?
