After the holdiays and talking to more of our potential customers, we decided to pivot our focus from lead forms and estimators to websites and CMS. It makes sense that before folks can embed a form in their website, they need a website! And not only a website, but a good one, that is fast, efficient and hits all the right SEO marks.
This could become a tool in its own right, but for now it is incorporated into Maid.Tech (MT).
We finished up the MVP and got our first user in there to get some immediate feedback. This was really helpful and made us start working on features that we knew added value to our target audience. At this point, the main feature revolved around the ability to embed lead forms and estimators in customer sites.
The idea had been floating around for a while as a more general lead management and estimate tool for small service businesses. We decide to hone in on the cleaning industry around this time and started work on the MVP. There was a couple of months of choosing the right tech stack.
