April 5, 2026 Launching Maintenance OS on Product Hunt tomorrow

I manage rental properties and the most frustrating part wasn’t the actual repairs — it was everything around it.

Tenants would text vague issues. I’d go back and forth trying to understand what was wrong. Then I’d call multiple vendors, repeat the same info, and try to track who was doing what… usually across texts and email chains.

It just didn’t scale.

So I built Maintenance OS — it standardizes how issues come in (photos, details, urgency), sends them out to contractors, and lets you track everything in one place.

I’m launching on Product Hunt this week and still in beta.

Curious for anyone who manages properties:

👉 what’s the most annoying part of handling repairs today?
👉 where do things usually break down for you?

I manage rental properties and got tired of dealing with maintenance through texts and email chains. Now building Maintenance OS to simplify how repairs are reported, routed, and tracked.
