👉 The backstory

So, I used to charge 20$/user/month but received the feedback that it's too much, when Linear charges 10$/user.

After explaining what they get with Makkuro (3 tools vs 1) then they seemed to kinda get it but still couldn't overcome the initial first negative impression of "hey, that's double the price of the competition".
And, it kinda makes sense. For clarity and positioning's sake, I couldn't market my product as a "THREE TOOLS INTO ONE" as that's never a good idea (you end up being compared with the best versions of three products instead of one), so I had overindexed in the Issue Tracker positioning, which then made the 20>10$ comparison more obvious.

So, to flip the impressions I went with a flat fee of 50$/month for 4+ users, which I hope comes through as more affordable than before.

After launching the beta with the Helpdesk (Intercom) and Issue Tracker (Linear) features I realized, while using the product for myself, that I was missing a way to capture feedback that didn't come from support (like from social media).

✏️ This missing link was a way to add Notes, Customers and Companies so that I can keep track of feedback that came from other sources (and which I can also later integrate into other feedback systems and pull that information).

So, the story of the product goes like this now:
💬 Install the Messenger in your application, so that you can receive messages from your customers
🔔 Provide Support to your customers from the Helpdesk.
✏️ Whenever there is interesting feedback, capture it as a note from the connected customer and/or company
⚒️ Attach this feedback to Projects or Tasks in the Issue Tracker and work on the items that are the most requested.

I call this the Closing Feedback Loop (name patent is pending ;P) and it is basically this:
💬 -> 🔔 -> ✏️ -> ⚒️...then back to -> 💬
