Requirements:
- You are living in a low or middle income country
- You want to work remote on ad hoc projects as a freelancer for a startup with a social impact mission
- You speak very good English
- You consider yourself out of the box thinker and creative artist

If you wish to apply to become the Manatee Mentor designer, we start with a first project challenge for you to show off your skills: create our new logo! The new logo has to be minimalistic, playful and cheeky. It has to include a 'manatee' as a mascot, representing a trusted friend to who you often go when in a need of advice. It's someone who doesn't take her/himself too seriously but at the same time can give you very meaningful advice, has creative ideas and ultimately can help change your mind about how you think about things.
1) Send us 2 to 3 concepts for our new logo to info[@manatee](/manatee)-mentor.com
2) Publish your concepts on Instagram, LinkedIn or/and Facebook, tag Manatee Mentor and invite your network to vote for your work
The selected applicant will be announced on February 15 and has to send us the finalized winning logo to claim his award of €150 and become our official Manatee Mentor designer!

We launched our prototype video in October, and posted it as a simple mailchimp page. After 1.5 months of basic marketing, we had 250 users who wanted to join the future platform as both mentors and mentees. We are now starting the MVP build and soon more to come.
