MarketRoadie
MarketRoadie helps startup owners market their projects.
After I have finished working on Eredom, I started to submit it to various startup aggregators out there. It took me days to find them, sort out what information I need, and finally submit the data.
To be honest, I haven't enjoyed the process much - I couldn't do anything else until I have my site deployed to all the aggregators. But I knew I have to do that since I need those sweet sweet backlinks, feedback, and verification of the idea that those aggregators can provide.
And, finally, it hit me: Why shouldn't be something there that can perform all that easily, in my name, so I can focus on what I am best at: playing darts with boiled spaghetti! No, not that. I meant developing, adding features, and verifying my idea with direct contact with potential users.
Thus, the MarketRoadie was born! Let us do the dull, heavy work of deploying your new startup to various aggregators out there. By doing that, you can enjoy your free time working on things you would do if there is no such thing as marketing (brrr).
So, go on and enjoy the golden rays of the sunshine flowing on your catatonic face, while we do all the tedious and boring parts. Until we are done, then you need to go back to work (I am not making the rules, alas).
Enjoy!
David

David, I think this is a genius idea.
I run 2 SaaS companies that combine do about $400k ARR and I hate marketing... Secretly I love it, but it does take up too much of my time.
Can I give you some advice? Fix your pricing! NOW! haha
This should be a minimum $100 service.
Hey, thanks for the nice words, I am glad that you like it! And bloody hell, that is one good ARR! Congratulations! My best MRR was $1.24 on a good month :)
Thanks for the advice on pricing. It is always hard to get it right.
Here is what I would tell you. Getting backlinks is SUPER hard. You are basically offering 50 links for 50 dollars.
I will use your service as we are rolling out a new feature for Median and I would love to get distribution out there for 1 specific feature.
please email me at spencer@hellomedian.com.
We are already on some of these sites so I don't want to double dip the chip if you know what I mean.
Thanks for the feedback! And I got a multiple "Fix your pricing" feedbacks today, so I guess you are all right :)
But, for now, I'll leave the pricing as is.
Will send you an email right away.
Does your list fits B2B businesses too?
Mostly, it does. I am not absolutely sure percentage-wise, but it should cover around 80% aggregators. As I have advised @jargon in the comments, you can start with the free plan and see if it works for you :)
Will definitely do!
Does this work for e-commerce food startups or only tech startups?
It is mostly tech startups, but there are aggregators who accept e-commerce solutions. I think around 30% of them will accept e-commerce solutions.
Thanks, so do you suggest there's still value for me to use your service? I have an e-commerce company
You can always subscribe for free, and get (for now) 6 aggregators. So, let's start with those, and see if they accepted your startup.
If that goes fine, consider upgrading to one of the paid options.
See what works best for you :)
thank you
