Week 4, the final week of the beta
by Thomas WinkSlowly but steadily we've been getting more and more feedback. Here are some stats:
New registered users: 45
Number of registered but unused accounts: 22
Number of reports generated: 23
Bad reports: 1
Received feedback forms: 6
Bugs reported: 0
Of all received feedback, only one user didn't like the tool. Sadly this user did not elaborate.
One of the most useful things I've learned is that about 50% of the users would work with a monthly subscription, while the rest prefers pay as you go. This is sufficient to determine we need both payment options.
I will be pulling the plug on the free beta period at the end of the week, as it seems we might be getting some conversion from this one month period.
Updates to the tool will be made with a limited demo time, and subscription + one-off payment portal.
