Mas Leads Es

Today I remembered about Indie Hackers (I almost forgot that used to write some things in here). I read my firsts post and I must admit I got a bit emotional to remember all the challenges I had to overcome in order to be here today.

So, Mas Leads isn't just about me now. We are 5, a team, and we are working together to improve every day more and more business.

We've just hit over 6k this month and I expect to get to 10k next month. We've built internal AI software and planning to launch a SaaS.

This is just awsome. I can not be more proud about we've built (and what we are building too).

FInally, Mas Leads is a LANZADERA startup. I was in shock at first but I didn't think twice to move to Valencia, going full-time and drop out of college.

That's the biggest opportunity for me in this game.

This has just started. This is the real time to grind.

I applied to Lanzadera, one of the most important Startups Accelerators in Spain.

I think is the best way to scale Mas Leads and improve the business, with the mentors, experience and maybe a team.

It's difficult to join this Accelerator but I really think that I should be there. I bring a lot of value to other startups of Lanzadera with my services and I just want to bring even more.

If they accept me, I go full time on this and leave university to go to Valencia.

Another big win for Mas Leads. Today, I raised the prices to 1250€ per campaign and I signed my second paid client :)

They are a Startup that does Metaverses and interactive solutions and they are already getting on calls with preatty big brands.

I'm bringing a lot of value to the client's I work with. I'm really happy that after 7 months working for free and putting all my effort and money into this project, I'm making this really work.

So today is a great day. After in one free campaign for a client they got a big deal with one of the biggest pharmatheutics in Spain.

After this, the finally contracted Mas Leads services for 1000€ per campaign (about 1 month).

We are going to start on January and I can't wait to see my client's face when they get a lot of new calls with qualified leads and close new deals :)

After I built my website and know how to send cold emails, I created a data base with prospects according to my ICP.

My idea was to offer free cold email campaings to other startups for my MVP.

Today, I've lauched my campaing for this MVP and the results have been awesome!!! In the first 30 minutes, contacting with 5 founders, I already had 4 meetings booked.

I didn't expect this great results but I'm really happy to know that there is actually a demand for my service and solves a problem for other startups!!

I made my decision. I'm going to start a new startup.

This time I'm lunching a cold email agency for B2B startups. This is a business model is already working on the USA but there's a market gap on the spanish market.

I'm going to learn how to get client's using cold email outreach while I build my website.
