Hey everyone 👋
We’re building MasterPlan, a SaaS platform for paid media professionals (currently in waitlist phase), and we were recently accepted into the Google Cloud for Startups program.
I wanted to share what this actually means in practice — beyond the headline.
As an early-stage SaaS, infrastructure decisions matter a lot. You’re not just building features — you’re building the foundation that everything will scale on.
Being part of the program gives us:
• Cloud credits that allow us to invest more in product development instead of early infrastructure costs
• Access to Google Cloud technical specialists
• A more robust and scalable architecture from day one
• A better environment to evolve our AI-driven planning features
For us, this isn’t about the badge.
It’s about reducing technical shortcuts early on and building something stable enough to support real media budgets in the future.
We’re still in waitlist, still iterating, still validating.
But milestones like this increase our confidence that we’re building on solid ground.

I'm building MasterPlan AI, an AI-powered media planning tool for performance marketers and agencies.
The Problem:
After 10+ years running paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, etc.), I kept seeing the same pain point: media planning is manual, time-consuming, and relies heavily on spreadsheets. Junior planners struggle with budget allocation, channel selection, and UTM organization. Senior planners waste hours on repetitive tasks.
What MasterPlan AI does:
Generates complete media plans based on your goals, budget, and target audience
Suggests optimal budget allocation across channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
Creates organized UTM structures automatically
Provides competitor analysis and creative strategy recommendations
Current Stage:
We're in closed beta with the first batch of testers (performance marketers and agencies in Brazil). The product works, generates real plans, and we're iterating based on feedback.

I've been experimenting with DeepSeek V3 for an SEO extension recently, and the logic consistency is impressive for structured data. Are you finding its JSON output more stable than other models for your current project? I'm curious if you've had to do much prompt tuning to keep it consistent.

Hi! I chose to use gemini pro on the entire project for accuracy and consistency on the media plans created with AI. Maybe later when the app begin to scale I'll make some tests with DeepSeek to see if it can help reduce AI costs.
