First time I can pay all the expenses and get some beer money.

Ok , so this month. I got 60 USD, and spend 25 USD on the server. I am happy, because finally I am getting beer money. So far, I have two products that are generating money: Company Names to URL and Fuzzy Match Company Names. Next step is to expand the business in rapidapi and airtable. I assume with that bold move I will earn 100 USD per month without doing anything. It has been a long journey. But I will not quit. Finally, I see some revenue. I also want to add other services, such as linkedin to employee list and linkedin to company information. I have a lot of ideas, the only thing that I need is time. But hopefully soon, I will spend all my time on this projects and other projects.

Congrats! Just curious what host you're using? $25 seems high for an early-stage startup.

Yes, maybe I can reduce the server cost. The exact amount is 24 USD per month. I use digital ocean. The thing is that my software uses high intensity scrape and search services (algorithms). Maybe, I can reduce the cost to 12 USD, but I don't want to regret later. Right now, my server is working fine.

    Congrats! 🍻

So you plan to use RapidAPI as a distribution channel, right? How does the cooperation look like? Do they review your API before listing it? Do they take any fee of your revenue?

No, actually it is very easy to list my api in rapidapi. They don't check the code. Here is the api that I submitted: https://rapidapi.com/renetatua/api/word-clustering-service. Other distributions channels like airtable or google sheets are far more complicated because they review code. But Rapidapi i quite easy, it took me like 2 hours to submit the api, watching a youtube tutorial. I think, they get some revenue when I make a purchase. So far, I haven't received any money from Rapidapi. But I already have some users.

        That's good to know!

Good luck with getting more customers!
